The project is an expansion of the Robert E. Knoll Residential Center complex. The second building was completed in fall of 2013 houses 513 students. The third building will be completed in the spring of 2014 and will house 528 students. The buildings are designed with two and four bedroom suite-style apartments with private bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathrooms and living rooms.


These buildings utilize an inovative hybrid geothermal heat pump system that adds a fluid cooler and boiler to enhance system performance. H&S provided both the design and construction of the HVAC and Plumbing systems
