H&S Plumbing and Heating was established in 1974 and incorporated in 1978. H&S established its roots in the residential plumbing market and has grown to now offer plumbing, piping, and HVAC services that meet the needs of today. We are prepared to work on projects that range from commercial remodels to multi-million dollar new construction. We feel communication is essential to a successful construction project. Open communications with the building owner, design team, general contractor, and other trades build trust and confidence. Open communication encourages the "team approach" and helps achieve project goals while minimizing conflicts, errors, and extra project costs. H&S's staff of over 150 includes fabricators, certified welders, laborers, and support staff. In 2005, H&S expanded its horizons by adding mechanical engineers as well as CAD operators and drafters. We are proud to offer the expertise and innovation that our engineers possess in the field of mechanical contracting. We can provide both design/build or stand-alone mechanical engineering services on any size of the construction project. In 2009, H&S completed a state-of-art shop, which consists of over 18,000 square feet of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tools that have revolutionized the fabrication process. End-to-end component design is highly automated using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. In 2011, H&S added approximately 60,000 square feet of warehouse space to help support our continuous growth and expansion.
